Overall had a very good stay on a working vacation. It was an exceptional location next to the port where cruise passengers disembark. - Convenient to park in the lot and walk to local shops. - Nearby attached restaurant. - the staff was top-class and attentive, providing additional tips.

The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. Comfy beds, the staff were very helpful and top-class. The location was particularly good and fantastic, close to Kailua Pier. Also it was walking distance to restaurants and cafés.

Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and well-kept double beds. Each room has a balcony to enjoy the view and there's even a fridge to keep your drinks cold. 🌞

The best thing in this hotel is its placement. It's on the main tourist's street of Kona. A lot of fancy shops and restaurants nearby. Some tourists attractions like king's palace, farmers market are in walk distance. There are 2 small beaches nearby, you can swim there if you don't wand to drive to some better place. Very affordable, makes sense if you prefer do not stay in a hotel, but explore the island on car and return into the hotel only to sleep there. Although it's only one pool it's almost empty all the time, because

Breakfasts are ok, although I would prefer bigger choice.Pool is not very big. If you cane back later you may have problems parking your car, especially if you have bigger SUV or luxury car. Parking slots are not so wide as standard ones and there are not so many of them. You may also have problems to find a free spot if hotel becomes crowded.

Cleaning staff are excelent. Good breakfast... I did not like to wait for it! Location is very nice.

The room had good quality furniture and there was a safe for keeping your valuables secure. Plus, there was plenty of space to store your things and even a nice balcony to relax on. 🌿
